Hillsdale GOAL program hosts healthcare letter writing event

The Hospital Volunteering Terrific Options for Assistance and Management (Aim) System hosted a Health care Letter Creating Event the week of March 21 throughout lunch hrs in the Grewcock Student Union. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., college students wrote letters thanking health care workers for their services to the neighborhood. Letters will be shipped to workers at Hillsdale Healthcare facility.

“Hillsdale’s Medical center Volunteering Objective Program has two primary needs: To have pupil volunteers supply the Hillsdale Clinic staff with considerably-wanted assist and to show healthcare workers how considerably our neighborhood appreciates them,” stated program leader McKenna Very good.

All through the 2021-2022 tutorial year, clinic volunteering has hosted health care appreciation activities including the supply of Checker Information espresso to the healthcare facility cafeteria, delivering Halloween and Easter sweet buckets to hospital departments, and writing thank-you letters for Thanksgiving to hospital staff.
